An aging society is a society in which people aged 65 or above account for more than 7% of the population. An aged society for more than 14%, and super-aged society for more than 20%. No matter which phase Taiwan is facing now, with the evolving technology of medical care, it’s undoubtably that the number will only get higher and higher in the future. Another problem in any big city is that the rents are getting higher and higher for the youngsters. In Helsinki, Finland, they seem to found an eclectic solution for both problems.
