恐怖人形蜈蚣再臨，演員導演重修舊好
Good news!
(At least, “Good news” for people who like films in which folks are stitched together to form grotesque, insect-like monstrosities!) EW can exclusively reveal that Human Centipede star Dieter Laser has settled his differences with director Tom Six and will appear in the third film of the
notoriously gruesome horror franchise.
對那些喜歡恐怖噁心血淋淋的人而言，好消息來了。EW(網站名)已經證實男主角戴特萊瑟和導演湯姆西斯的心結已經解開，這也意味著人形蜈蚣第三集即將開拍。
Last March, it was reported that Dutch filmmaker Six, who wrote and directed both 2010′s Human Centipede (First Sequence) and the following year’s The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence), was threatening to sue Laser for breach of contract. At the time, Ilona Six — Tom Six’s sister and the co-producer of the Human Centipede series — issued a statement claiming that Laser’s ego had “grown to laughably big proportions,” that the actor had demanded “unacceptable script changes,” and that he had backed out of the project “only seven weeks prior to shooting.”
去年3月，荷蘭導演湯姆西斯拍完人形蜈蚣第一集(2010)和第二集(2011)後，因為萊瑟毀約之故而威脅要一狀告上法庭；而同時湯姆西斯的妹妹伊羅拉西斯則發表聲明，控訴萊瑟的自我已高到一種「愚蠢的程度」，他居然要求劇本做「大幅度的改寫」，而且就在第三集開拍的7個星期前，他突然說不演了。
The producer has now confirmed to EW that the lawsuit has been dropped and Laser, who memorably portrayed a deranged surgeon in the first film, will play a lead role in the franchise’s third entry. Laser will not, however, play the same character he did in Human Centipede. According to the producer, Laser and Human Centipede 2 star Laurence R. Harvey are set to play a new, villainous duo “with a storyline no one will expect.” Ilona Six also announced that “a big American celebrity” is set to appear in the film, which will start shooting in the U.S. this May. Finally, the producer confirmed the third film will feature a human centipede of more than 500 people.
人形蜈蚣的製片向EW表示導演已經撤銷告訴，而萊瑟所飾演的變態醫生，也會在第三集中出現，但是他的角色設定會有很大的不同。萊瑟與第二集出現的勞倫斯哈維將會在第三集中扮演新的邪惡二人組，不過故事情節絕對會讓觀眾耳目一新。導演的妹妹依羅拉也表示，第三集將會有大咖的演員現身。而全片的開拍預定在今年五月，而且該製片還表示第三集的人形蜈蚣將長達500人。
“I know my Human Centipede 3 will be very politically incorrect, but I didn’t want to change anything in the script,” said Tom Six in a statement. “I am very happy Dieter will follow my vision for a full 100% now and know he is absolutely the most brilliant actor I could wish for.”
導演表示：「雖然我知道人形蜈蚣第三集一定會遭致非議，但我就是不想改劇本。我非常高興戴特已經認同我的想法，而且他也是男主角的不二人選」。

The case of a 23-year-old medical student who died after a brutal gang rape on a bus in   has seemed to snap India to attention about its endemic sexual violence problem. Hundreds of Indians poured into the streets of New Delhi to mourn the young woman, and police announced that the six men arrested in connection with the attack had been charged with murder.

In recent years, New Delhi has earned the title of “rape capital” of India, with more than 560 cases of rape reported in the city, but violence against Indian women is widespread and has deep roots. Here’s a look at some of the reasons behind the issue that’s bringing Indians into the streets:

自今年元旦起，國內民生政策有了多項重大變革，除了勞健保費率調漲外，交通部也將對低頭族開罰嘍!
Motorists' grace period for anti-mobile device law nearly up.
Motorists who use cellphones or other mobile devices will receive fines from Jan. 1
自元旦起，使用手機或其他行動裝置的機車騎士將會被開罰單。

Drivers and motorcycle riders who use devices such as cellphones or tablet computers, whether to write text messages, read e-books or play games, will be fined between NT$1,000 and NT$3,000.
使用手機或平板電腦的汽機車駕駛人，不論是傳簡訊、看電子書或玩遊戲，都將會被處以新台幣1000-3000元的罰鍰 。

The law also applies to those stopped at traffic lights or stuck in traffic. 若汽機車駕駛人在等紅燈或塞車時有這些行為一樣會被開罰。

Motorists also need to be careful about another new regulation from Jan. 1 next year regarding a cut in the maximum legal BAC from 0.25 mg to 0.15 mg.
另外，機車騎士們也需注意另一項自元旦起實施的新規定--駕車之酒精濃度基準(BAC)也將從0.25毫升下修至0.15毫升。

“This new regulation will be applied to three types of drivers: people who do not have a driver's license, those who have had their license for less than two years, and those who are professional drivers.”
這項新規定將針對「未領有駕駛執照、初次領有駕駛執照未滿2年及職業駕駛人」等3類駕駛人。

People also need to be aware of drinking soups that contain high levels of alcohol, such as sesame-oil chicken soup and ginger duck soup before getting behind the wheel.
民眾亦需注意避免在吃完像麻油雞、薑母鴨等含高酒精濃度的湯底後開車上路。
