Spree /spri/ 這個字雖然有"嬉戲 打鬧"的意思，但是用在快樂是事物上，可解釋成沉迷與歡樂
但是前面一定要加形容詞喔
Miss J couldn't help buying lots cosmatics on the Anniversary sales yesterday,and today she went on a shopping spree agian.
J 小姐忍不住在周年慶買了爆多保養品，而且他今天又去血拼了
Mr. A can't help having some drinks on weekend nights, and always go on drinking spree on weekends

句子中也用到 can't help V+ing "凍未條"的說法
I can't help crushing on you / 我情不自禁地暗戀著你
(crush 擠壓，碾碎 / Crush on 暗戀 )
