近期在台灣，許多特色飲品如雨後春筍(spring up like mushrooms)般不斷冒出

全台各縣市都有不同的特色飲品，不論是瓶身設計、飲品的色調、口味、創新(innovation)，不論是在視覺(vision)還是味覺(taste)上

這些都是部落客(blogger)及造訪遊客給予評分的方向

由於小編時常造訪充滿(be full of / be filled with)美食及歷史古蹟(monument)的台南，於是想將台南的特色飲品介紹給大家!!

人稱「可以喝的漱口水(mouthwash)」就是在新化的找春文創食堂販售

包裝上，瓶身的設計與漱口水的瓶子非常相像，分為兩種口味「海底(seabed)珍珠」與「鮭魚卵(caviar)氣泡」

裡面的珍珠並不是一般飲料店中的那種珍珠，而是使用膠原蛋白(collagen)、海藻(seaweed)膠及水果萃取物製作而成的優格球

輕輕一咬就會「啵」的破掉，就像鮭魚卵一樣， 水藍跟透明的飲料部分則是氣泡飲料(carbonated drinks)喔!!

位在安平區的元氣果汁其實應該可以說是漸層(layered)果汁的先驅(ancestor)，以瓶裝方式販售
